We are seeking approval from the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE for up to 12 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit, including 2.0 hours of ethics credit.

Additionally, the Health Law Section is registered with the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization to ensure compliance with continuing professional education requirements, including attendance record maintenance, program content, instructor qualifications, and facility standards. However, this registration does not constitute an endorsement of the program’s quality or its contribution to the professional competence of attendees.

For attorneys seeking credit in other states, please check with your jurisdiction’s MCLE authority regarding online learning rules to confirm your ability to self-report MCLE credit upon completion.

Attendance Policy: Participants should claim continuing education credit only for sessions attended in their entirety. Conference registration is required for CLE verification.
